One of the first books I picked up when I moved to Seattle in 1992 was Best Places Seattle… and I haven’t looked back! I immediately fell in love with the city’s dining scene and am still enamored. And while I love dining out, my big passion is the industry itself. It’s an absolute thrill to work with chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers, and tastemakers. 

 
A little about me: Before I started orchestrating food events, I was the Seattle Editor of Eater, the restaurant correspondent for FOX 13 and KOMO News, the Food + Drink editor for Seattle Magazine, and a food columnist for Seattle Weekly. I’ve also authored two cookbooks: Seattle Cooks and Washington Wine + Food, both through Figure 1 Publishing. I’ve parlayed my extensive connections in the food and beverage industry into hosting chef-driven events around the city and beyond. 
 
I’ve produced large scale events for Facebook and Microsoft, intimate private dinner parties for special occasions, and ticketed public pop-ups throughout the city.
